Bitcoin and Other Market Trends

Bitcoin and Other Market Trends In-Person

EVENT RESCHEDULED

Have you been scratching your head about Bitcoin? What is it? How does it work? Join us for an interesting evening exploring cryptocurrency and other trends in the marketplace. We will look at various investments, asking the hows and whys behind their performance. This is an opportunity to see how the investment landscape is changing in ways you may not realize. Bring your own questions too!

Our presenter for this evening is Tim Baker. Tim Baker, CFA is the Founder & CEO of Metric Financial, a Registered Investment Advisor dedicated to helping clients lower costs and improve results through factor investing.  Prior to starting Metric, Mr. Baker held product development and strategy roles at a number of firms, including, among others, BlackRock/iShares. There he held numerous roles, most poignantly as a Product Strategist in the firm’s Smart Beta Exchange Traded Fund group.  He graduated from University of Wisconsin – Madison in 1994 with a degree in Political Science.  He is a Certified Financial Advisor/CFA charter holder and has experience in the financial industry dating back to 1996.

This is an evening to learn more about market trends. Financial products and services will not be sold.
