Karmen Sizemore has been a yoga practioner for over 10 years. She completed her teacher training with Susanna Barkataki at Embrace Yoga's Roots in 2022. She practices a form of Hatha yoga as it has been passed down from its East Asian roots, which can look very different from the Western version of yoga many people are familiar with. Her goal when teaching yoga is to be a guide for others on the journey to unite the body, mind and soul.

This program is free and sponsored by the Friends of the Hamden Public Library.
