SUMMARY:Winter Sowing Workshop at Brundage
DESCRIPTION:Join Certified Connecticut Master Gardener\, Jim Sirch for a
workshop about propagating native plants from seed.\n\nDid you know that
including native plants in your garden is an important way to provide food
and habitat for our pollinators?\n\nExpand your native plantings
inexpensively by growing them yourself from seed. In this workshop\,
we’ll discuss the germination requirements for different species and get
you fully prepared for next season. You will be able to plant a plastic
milk jug filled with a planted seed selection to stratify over the winter.
Proper after care will also be shared. \n\nPlease bring a one-gallon
plastic milk jug to use for this workshop.\n\nSpace and supplies are
 limited. Registration is recommended.
