Family Mindfulness & Calming Workshop In-Person
Join LCSW Katie Henry for an evening family workshop exploring different mindfulness and calming exercises for children ages 4-10 years old at the Brundage Community Library.
In this workshop, families will learn various calming methods and mindfulness skills together and then practice using these exercises and skills with a licensed clinical social worker.
There will be some light yoga, so please wear comfortable clothing for movement and feel free to bring a yoga mat if you have one!
