Drawing with Colored Pencils. Presented by Jan Hebel. In-Person
Learn how to blend colored pencils while drawing jelly beans. We will also discuss color theory.

This class is the fourth in a series of free drawing classes led by Jan Hebel at Miller Library. Jan is an experienced art educator with a Master's Degree in Art Education. All levels of experience are welcome. Materials are provided. This program is funded by the Friends of the Hamden Library.
