Construct a Rain Barrel In-Person
Learn about the benefits of rain barrels including how to conserve rain water for your yard, lawn and many other outdoor uses. Construct your own barrel with a kit which will be provided. Presented by Frank Panzarella.
This event will be held at Brundage Community Branch Library, 91 Circular Ave. Hamden.
Space is limited! This event is free and open to the public. Registration is required.
Frank Panzarella is a community and environmental activist who advocates for lower electric rates and promotes renewable energy- particularly solar & wind technology. For the past several years, Frank has promoted the use of and distributed free rain barrels with the assistance of the WPCA and the New Haven Bio-Regional Organization.
